(Days Present + Paid Leave) / Effective Working Days × 100

Standard leave accrual rates:

  • 1.5 days/month = 18 days/year (common)
  • 2.0 days/month = 24 days/year (generous)
  • 1.0 day/month = 12 days/year (basic)
